                                                                 NOTICE

              THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE ROADS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT
                                    IS A GREAT EXPENSE TO THE COMMUNITY.

WE REQUEST THAT ALL GENERAL AND SUB-CONTRACTORS LOAD AND UNLOAD EQUIPMENT IN
DRIVEWAYS OR ON THE SHOULDERS OF THE ROAD. THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THEIR
GENERAL CONTRACTORS INVOLVED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENTS OF LOTS IN
THE COMMUNITY SHALL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROADS OR
DRAINAGE SYSTEMS OF THE COMMUNITY OR FOR DAMAGE TO COMMON PROPERTY OR
PROPERTY OF RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS COMMITMENT
BY OWNER IS ATTACHED, WHICH SHOULD BE SIGNED AND RETURNED BEFORE BUILDING CAN
PROCEED.

REGULATIONS REGARDING ROAD CLOSING DURING THE SPRING THAW AND                                  
        OTHER ROAD WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF THESE REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL
PROPERTY OWNERS AND THEIR CONTRACTORS.

1. FIRST VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $2000

2. SECOND VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $4000

3. FURTHER VIOLATIONS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE ASSOCIATION ATTORNEY.

4. IF FINES ARE NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTICE OF VIOLATION, A LIEN WILL BE PLACED
ON THE PROPERTY.
