REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL
1. Elevation Plan.
2. Plot plan with location of building(s) and setbacks.
3. Site staked and trees to be removed marked.
4. Color of house and roof.
5. Check for $500 for inspection fees.
6. Paupack Township Building Permits.
7. Upon plan approval and return of SIGNED copy of the following letters, the ACC will notify the
Owner/Builder of OK to start:
A. Plan Approval Letter.
B. Owner Obligation for Construction Damage to Common Property.
C. Sign off by owner of reading the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and
Bylaws handbook.
