BYLAWS OF
THE HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
A PENNSYLVANIA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
ARTICLE 1. INTRODUCTION
The following By-Laws shall govern the operation of the Subdivision created by the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Hidden Lake Estates to which these By-Laws are attached
and to which they are incorporated by reference.
The Hidden Lake Estates Property Owners Association, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the
"Association") is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the purpose of administering the Subdivision created by the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Hidden Lake Estates (hereinafter referred to
as "Declaration").
The office of the Association shall be at the Subdivision, or at such other place as may be subsequently
designated by the Board of Directors of the Association.
ARTICLE II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. Definitions.
Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set
forth in the Declaration.
Section 2. Conflicts.
In the event of any conflict between these By-Laws, as amended from time to time and the Declaration,
the Declaration shall control.
Section 3. Application.
All present and future Owners, Mortgagees of Record and occupants of Lots and/or dwellings located
within the Subdivision, as well as members of their families, their guests, licensees and invitees and any
other persons who may use the Subdivision in any manner are subject to the Declaration, these
By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations promulgated hereunder, as the provisions of each of said
instruments may be amended from time to time. The acceptance of a legal or equitable interest in a Lot,
the act of occupancy of a Residential Dwelling Unit, or the
