Rules and Regulations
These are amendments to the Bylaws
The following rules and associated schedule of fees and
fines has been the result of motions made, discussed and
passed at various Board of Directors meetings held since
June 24, 1989 (when the Board took over control from
Patten Corp.) The effective date of the rule or fine is shown.
A "revised", "amended" or "addition" date refers to the
amendment of an existing rule. The rules, fees and fines
enumerated in this document are in addition to those found
in the Covenants and By-Laws (as of 6/13/92).
On the following pages are these rules and regulations,
date of adoption and other relevant information.
