Swimming Pool Regulations and Laws
All swimming pools along with fencing must be approved by the HLEPOA ACC.
The swimming pool must be located behind the house or in an area with the least
visual impact upon the community.
The fencing recommended is the wrought iron type which causes the least
impact on the serenity of the area.
The fencing around the pool must be no more than 10 feet from the edges of the
pool. Fencing is required to obstruct access to the swimming pool, not fence in
the back yard. Filter and filter systems shall also be fenced in either within the
fence surrounding the pool or within 10 feet of the existing fence of the pool.

It goes without saying that all requirements of Paupack Township are also the
requirements of HLEPOA when submitting your plans to the ACC.
